We look for the following character traits: interpersonal skills (personable, empathetic), adaptability (we work in an ever-changing market with an uncontrollable product), results orientated (this can come from many backgrounds, it could be about winning in sports, it may also be about baking epic cake’s for friend’s birthday), resilience (rejection is part of the role, being humble is also essential).
