Having completed a Master’s in Industrial Psychology, Cam decided to specialise into Safety & Wellbeing. This has given him an excellent perspective on the realities of safety, as it intermingles with operations, which he leverages, driving safety at Enterprise Recruitment. He's passionate about helping to make sure everyone gets home from work each day safe and well.

Enterprise has been heavily involved with the Canterbury Rebuild Safety Charter, an innovation that came together post quake to demonstrate industry leadership to ensure Canterbury was rebuilt safely and to create a legacy of safety. One of our Directors sat on the Charter Steering group from 2013 to 2015.
