About the Role:
We’re looking for a Wiring Assembler to join a team in Petone for an immediate start. In this role, you’ll help assemble industrial switchboards by reading diagrams and putting parts together correctly. You’ll work with others in a team environment to get the job done safely and on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble wiring and electrical parts for switchgear and transfer switches.
- Read and follow mechanical and electrical diagrams.
- Use tools to put components together.
- Check your work to make sure it meets safety and quality standards.
- Work with your team to meet production goals.
- Keep your work area clean and follow safety rules.
- Must be able to work in NZ with no restrictions
- Prior experience with electrical assembly
- Able to read diagrams and follow instructions.
- Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Able to stand for long periods.
