🚨 Job Opportunity: Warehouse Supervisor – Mangere (3PL Client) 🚨

Location: Mangere
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Casual ongoing – Temp to Perm
Pay Rate:$30 – $33/hour (based on experience)
 Start Date: Immediate

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a strong understanding of 3PL operations? We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations for our 3PL client based in Mangere. At least 3 years experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
  • Ensure efficient and accurate handling of all inbound and outbound goods
  • Manage and support a team of warehouse staff
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Implement and improve warehouse processes to increase productivity
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to meet client KPIs
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
  • Solid knowledge of 3PL operations is essential
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Health & safety awareness
Preferred (but not essential):
  • Reach Truck license
  • Stock Picker experience
  • Counterbalance Forklift license
