Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a strong understanding of 3PL operations? We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor
to oversee day-to-day operations for our 3PL client based in Mangere. At least 3 years experience in this field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Ensure efficient and accurate handling of all inbound and outbound goods
- Manage and support a team of warehouse staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Implement and improve warehouse processes to increase productivity
- Ensure all tasks are completed to meet client KPIs
- Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Solid knowledge of 3PL operations is essential
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Health & safety awareness
- Reach Truck license
- Stock Picker experience
- Counterbalance Forklift license
