Our client is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator / Dispatch Assistant to join their team in a busy warehouse and dispatch environment.
This is a hands-on role working within the dispatch area, supporting the movement and preparation of carton products ready for distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the dispatch area coordinating outgoing product
- Operating a forklift to move and stack goods safely
- Working off the belt, managing cartons coming through from the warehouse
- Stacking products onto pallets and preparing orders for dispatch
- Entering data into the company’s in-house system when required
- Supporting the supervisor to manage workflow and meet daily targets
- Current Forklift licence with F endorsement
- Full, clean Class 1 driver’s licence
- Good level of computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Team player with the ability to follow direction from supervisors
