About the role
Tyremax is looking for a positive, skilled, and energetic Warehouse Operator to join the busy Auckland Distribution Centre team in Wiri.
This is a physically active, fast-moving role where safety, teamwork, and accuracy are essential. You will play an important part in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, and dispatched efficiently so customers continue to receive the excellent service Tyremax is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Fulfil customer orders, ensuring products are picked, organised, and prepared correctly for dispatch
- Process inwards goods, stock transfers, and customer returns accurately and on time
- Operating forklifts and warehouse machinery
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
- Support overall inventory accuracy, assist with stocktaking and wider warehouse duties as needed
- Gaining product knowledge and handling documentation accurately
This role is Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm. It involves regular heavy lifting, so a strong level of physical fitness and motivation is essential. It is a demanding role, but a highly rewarding one for someone who enjoys working hard as part of a high-performing team.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A full, clean Class 1 driver licence (non-negotiable)
- An F-OSH licence (F endorsement desirable)
- Previous warehousing, logistics, or stores experience
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift regular heavy loads
- A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
- The ability to work to tight timeframes and deadlines
- A strong focus on safety and quality
- A positive attitude and team-first approach
