Your Responsibilities:
- Manage Warehouse and Inventory Department operations to achieve performance targets.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances.
- Perform inventory reconciliations, cycle counts and reporting.
- Analyse stock movement, trends and warehouse performance data
- Work closely with warehouse operations
- Prepare regular inventory and KPI reports using Excel.
- Ensure inventory accuracy within the WMS and customer systems.
- Proven experience in Warehouse and Inventory operations.
- Strong Microsoft and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Confident working with large datasets and spreadsheets.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- Ability to work early hours and weekends
