About the Role
This is a key role within the Canterbury team, supporting an established customer base while also driving strategic growth. You’ll manage existing accounts and develop new relationships, acting as a trusted partner and solution provider across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and grow existing client partnerships across all levels of the customer network
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in targeted sectors
- Deliver a genuine partnership approach to become the preferred supplier
- Keep customers informed with regular updates through visits, calls, and emails
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- 3+ years of experience in B2B territory sales or account management
- Background in packaging, logistics, print, manufacturing or related sectors
- Proactive and professional communicator who keeps clients engaged and informed
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Full NZ work rights and a clean driver’s licence
