About the Role
This is a key role within the Canterbury team, supporting an established customer base while also driving strategic growth. You’ll manage existing accounts and develop new relationships, acting as a trusted partner and solution provider across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen and grow existing client partnerships across all levels of the customer network
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in targeted sectors
  • Deliver a genuine partnership approach to become the preferred supplier
  • Keep customers informed with regular updates through visits, calls, and emails
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B territory sales or account management
  • Background in packaging, logistics, print, manufacturing or related sectors
  • Proactive and professional communicator who keeps clients engaged and informed
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Full NZ work rights and a clean driver’s licence
