About the Role
This is a permanent, full‑time Stores Person, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
You’ll be part of a small operations team responsible for:
- Inwards/outwards goods
- Pick/pack and general warehouse duties
- Handling animal casings and food‑related products
- Using SAP for dispatch and invoicing
- Supporting container work (MPI exposure an advantage)
- Maintaining accuracy with stock, measurements, and documentation
- Operating a forklift (licence beneficial, training available)
This role suits someone practical, reliable, and keen to learn. Full training, uniform, and safety gear are provided.
Hourly rate: $28.95 (Living Wage).
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Previous stores/warehouse experience
- Basic PC skills and confidence learning new systems
- SAP experience (advantage)
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
- Good numeracy skills (units of measurement, basic addition/subtraction)
- Ability to work with food‑related products, including animal casings
- Reliability, commitment, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business
- Flexibility to avoid taking annual leave during the Christmas peak period
