As a Senior Production Technician, you’ll be at the heart of operations—ensuring equipment is ready, processes run smoothly, and standards are met with precision. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting where quality, safety, and collaboration are paramount.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting daily production activities and maintaining accurate documentation
- Conducting routine plant checks and water sampling
- Cleaning and preparing equipment for scheduled use
- Guiding Assistant Technicians in equipment-related tasks
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting with warehouse duties and waste handling
- Reviewing and updating SOPs and process documentation
- Upholding GMP standards and site quality procedures
- Participating in internal audits
- Maintaining clean, compliant workspaces
- Engaging in safety training and audits
- Reporting hazards and maintaining a safe work environment
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing (essential),
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on documentation
- Comfortable with computer systems and basic calculations
- Organised, proactive, and process-driven
- A dependable team player with a can-do attitude who can bring experience and guidance to the team.
- NZ resident or citizen is required
