What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Production Technician, you’ll be at the heart of operations—ensuring equipment is ready, processes run smoothly, and standards are met with precision. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting where quality, safety, and collaboration are paramount.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting daily production activities and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Conducting routine plant checks and water sampling
  • Cleaning and preparing equipment for scheduled use
  • Guiding Assistant Technicians in equipment-related tasks
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assisting with warehouse duties and waste handling
  • Reviewing and updating SOPs and process documentation
Quality & Compliance:
  • Upholding GMP standards and site quality procedures
  • Participating in internal audits
  • Maintaining clean, compliant workspaces
Safety First:
  • Engaging in safety training and audits
  • Reporting hazards and maintaining a safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing (essential),
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on documentation
  • Comfortable with computer systems and basic calculations
  • Organised, proactive, and process-driven
  • A dependable team player with a can-do attitude who can bring experience and guidance to the team.
  • NZ resident or citizen is required
