About the Role
You will be the on‑site lead, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification. Your coordination of trades, materials, and site activity will keep operations running smoothly from start to finish.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations across residential and commercial builds
- Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, and materials to meet milestones
- Maintain Health & Safety compliance and site documentation
- Lead toolbox talks, site meetings, and progress reporting
- Conduct quality checks and resolve issues proactively
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and suppliers
About You
You are a capable site leader with strong planning skills and a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing construction sites
- Strong coordination, communication, and leadership abilities
- LBP certification advantageous
- Confidence using digital site management tools
- A proactive, safety‑first mindset
