Wellington | Infrastructure
We're looking for a Site Engineer with 2-4 years' experience and hands-on exposure to mechanical equipment in a construction or infrastructure environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery while working alongside experienced engineers on some of Wellington's most significant infrastructure projects.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating day-to-day site activities
- Working closely with subcontractors and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Supporting the installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment and associated infrastructure
- Managing quality, safety, and project documentation
- Assisting with testing, commissioning, and project handover
About You
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar
- At least 1 year of experience working with mechanical equipment in a construction or infrastructure environment
- Experience as a Site Engineer within construction, infrastructure, water, utilities, industrial, or related environments
- Exposure to mechanical equipment is essential for this project
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong communication skills
- Full NZ working rights
