What's in it for you?
- Attractive remuneration package with opportunities for growth and development
- Supportive and experienced team who genuinely enjoy what they do

- Career progression opportunities within a well-established automotive group

Do you enjoy dealing with people and take pride in providing exceptional service?
We're looking for a personable and organised Service Advisor to join a busy and professional service team in Gore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping customers, coordinating moving parts, and being the friendly face that keeps everything running smoothly.
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive experience from booking through to vehicle collection. If you're a strong communicator who can build relationships, stay organised, and provide outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role:
Working closely with customers, technicians and the wider service team, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing customer bookings and service enquiries
- Welcoming customers and providing a professional first impression
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
- Coordinating workflow between customers and the workshop team
- Preparing service documentation, invoicing and administration
- Handling customer enquiries in a professional and solutions-focused manner
- Building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
- Ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience
About You:
We're far more interested in finding the right person than someone with years of automotive experience – although don’t let that deter you if you do!
You'll bring:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
- Good computer and accurate administrative skills
- A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge
- Full NZ Driver licence and ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
Previous experience in customer service, retail leadership, administration, reception, account management, service advisory, or a similar customer-facing role would be highly regarded.
Why This Role?
This is a business that values its people and understands that great customer service starts with a supported team. You'll be provided with the training, tools and guidance needed to be successful while working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to helping you grow.
