The Role
As a senior member of the team, you’ll be the go-to person for technical guidance and leadership. You’ll play a key role in:
- Hands-on HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Mentoring and supporting junior technicians
- Overseeing maintenance planning and quality compliance
- Assisting with quotations and client communication
- Driving team values and contributing to strategic direction
- A relevant trade qualification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years’ experience in commercial/industrial HVAC maintenance
- Strong hands-on experience with chillers and large HVAC systems
- A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment
- EST and fillers licence
- Solid NZ experience is preferred / residency / open work visa
