Corporate Sales & Product Sourcing Manager

About our client
Our client is a leading New Zealand homewares distributor, supplying major retailers nationwide with high-volume, trend-driven product ranges. With over five decades of industry experience, they’ve built a strong reputation for quality, service, and innovation. They are now seeking a Corporate Sales & Product Sourcing Manager to play a central role in their Christchurch team.

About the Role
You will manage and grow key corporate accounts while also seeking out new business opportunities. This role also carries responsibility for sourcing seasonal products from offshore suppliers. It is a high-impact position that combines sales, product development, and commercial management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow existing corporate retail accounts
• Actively identify and secure new business opportunities
• Source and brief seasonal products from offshore suppliers
• Present ranges to buyers and negotiate pricing/margins
• Monitor account performance and margins to ensure strong profitability
• Offshore product sourcing (up to two weeks per year)

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven corporate/B2B sales experience with large retailers
• Highly organised and structured
• Confident, polished communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Product “eye” for trend-driven homewares or consumer goods
• Ability to balance growing existing accounts with driving new business
• Full work rights in New Zealand; Christchurch-based or willing to relocate
