Are you experienced in high-rise or exterior building cleaning? We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Building Cleaner
to join our team for exterior cleaning projects on tall buildings and structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior cleaning of windows, facades, and hard-to-reach surfaces at height.
- Operate cleaning equipment including ropes, harnesses, and elevated platforms.
- Follow strict safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Report hazards or building damage to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and worksite after completion.
- Working at Heights certification(must be current).
- Experience with rope access, swing stage, or EWP/boom lifts.
- Good physical condition and comfortable working at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- IRATA level 1 certification.
