We are seeking an experienced and skilled Roofing Foreperson for a position in Christchurch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing as a Roofing Leader and Roofing Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of roofing professionals.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
- Proven experience as a Roofing leader.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
