We are seeking a Refractory Labourer to join the Pyrotek team, completing refractory installations and repairs. This hands-on role is vital to ensuring high safety and quality standards are upheld across all projects.
About the Role
Reporting to the Refractory Supervisor, you will:
- Assist with refractory installations and maintenance
- Support formwork creation and mould installation
- Perform equipment checks and prepare work areas
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Be part of a team that predominantly works on-site locally
- Be available at times for projects in different locations - including overnight stays, weekends, and public holidays as needed

- A strong work ethic and being physically fit
- The ability to follow safety procedures precisely
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic maths and writing skills
- A full, clean driver’s licence
- Flexibility to travel and work overtime when required
