This is a fast-paced, varied role for someone who enjoys business development, account management and the buzz of filling urgent vacancies. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process and build a strong pool of job-ready temporary workers across warehousing, production, dispatch, pick packing, forklift operation and related industrial roles.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and manage relationships with warehouse, logistics and manufacturing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive calls, meetings, site visits and networking.
  • Take detailed job briefs and provide practical workforce solutions.
  • Source, screen, interview and reference-check temporary candidates.
  • Coordinate placements, rosters, inductions and assignment documentation.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and temporary workers to support attendance, performance and retention.
  • Respond quickly to urgent staffing requirements and changing priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet agreed activity, service and revenue targets.
  • Promote safe work practices and ensure candidates understand site expectations before starting.

What you’ll bring

  • Recruitment, sales, account management or customer service experience; temporary or industrial recruitment experience is an advantage.
  • A confident, proactive approach to business development and relationship building.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple urgent priorities.
  • Clear communication, sound judgement and a practical problem-solving style.
  • Resilience, energy and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Comfort working in a target-driven environment and taking ownership of results.
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail.
  • A full, clean New Zealand driver licence and the ability to visit client sites.

What’s in it for you

  • A competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
  • Training, coaching and ongoing career development.
  • A high-energy, upbeat team that works hard, has fun and celebrates success together, with the tools and autonomy to succeed.
  • A varied role where your work has a visible impact on clients and candidates.
  • The opportunity to build your reputation in a busy, essential sector.
