Our client is a well-established Wellington contractor with a proven track record delivering commercial construction, refurbishment, fit-out and seismic strengthening projects across the region.
With a solid pipeline of work and exciting projects ahead, they're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of their close-knit team.

About the Role
You'll partner with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects remain financially well managed and positioned for successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, forecasting and cost reporting
- Procure and administer subcontractor packages and agreements
- Prepare and manage progress claims, payment schedules and variations
- Produce monthly PCG and commercial reporting
- Support contract administration, claims management and dispute resolution
About You
You're a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping projects run smoothly.
Ideally, You'll Bring
- Minimum 5+ years' Quantity Surveying experience within New Zealand construction
- Experience across commercial construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Sound knowledge of NZ construction contracts, including NZS 3910
- Well-developed commercial, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with Procore and estimating exposure would be advantageous
