Key Responsibilities:
- Working on both Commercial and Residential new builds and refurbishments.
- Reading and interpreting building plans and technical drawings.
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining steel structures, fixtures, and fittings.
- Working alongside a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and building regulations.
- Must be a Qualified Carpenter with relevant trade qualifications.
- Proven experience in both Commercial and Residential building and construction.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality workmanship.
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand with NO restrictions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to varying job site conditions.
