Join Our Maintenance Carpentry Team

This team is responsible for delivering high‑quantity building repairs, renovations, and general upkeep across residential, commercial, and government facilities. The role requires strong technical carpentry skills, problem‑solving ability, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general building maintenance and carpentry repairs across multiple sites.
  • Install, repair, or replace: Doors, windows, locks, hardware
  • Wall linings, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry
  • Exterior cladding, framing, and joinery
  • Carry out minor renovations, upgrades, and refurbishment projects.
  • Diagnose building issues and provide practical, cost‑effective solutions.
  • Use digital job‑management tools to:
  • Receive and update work orders
  • Record materials used
  • Complete job documentation with notes and photos
  • Work collaboratively with other trades such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
  • Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and site personnel.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in maintenance, repairs, and small‑scale construction.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Competent with digital tools and mobile technology for job tracking.
  • Good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
  • Full driver's licence.
