- Carry out minor renovations, upgrades, and refurbishment projects.
- Diagnose building issues and provide practical, cost‑effective solutions.
- Use digital job‑management tools to:
- Receive and update work orders
- Record materials used
- Complete job documentation with notes and photos
- Work collaboratively with other trades such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
- Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and site personnel.
- Proven experience in maintenance, repairs, and small‑scale construction.
