About the Role
Reporting into the Quality team, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance activities across a busy manufacturing operation and ensuring customer, food safety and regulatory requirements are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting day-to-day quality assurance activities across site
- Managing product testing, verification, release and investigation processes
- Coordinating quality reporting, audits and corrective actions
- Supporting and developing a team of Quality Officers
- Driving a culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in a Quality Assurance role within food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar regulated environment
- A qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance and quality systems
- Previous leadership or team supervision experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
