This role plays a key part in supporting purchasing operations, with a strong focus on reporting and coordination across the wider team. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys working with data, thrives on structure, and takes pride in accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily and weekly supplier reports (intermediate level)
- Working with large volumes of data in Excel
- Supporting inbox management, including triaging and prioritising queries
- Assisting with workflow coordination across the purchasing function
- Confident using Excel and working with data (intermediate level)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to manage repetitive, deadline-driven tasks effectively
- Well-organised with good prioritisation skills
- A team player with clear communication skills
