We’re seeking a Purchasing Administrator to support a busy team working across multiple product categories on a 6‑month assignment.

About the role:
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you’ll support the wider supply team with accurate purchasing, data analysis, and admin tasks.
Your day will include:
- Processing a high volume of purchase orders with accuracy
- Raising and managing purchase orders across various categories
- Updating and analysing data, including Excel work (e.g., mapping price lists)
- Supporting the team with supply and purchasing administration
- Prioritising workflow and managing your own tasks
- Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
- Working across multiple systems in a computer‑based environment
- Experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, or a similar admin-based role
- Strong computer literacy – especially Excel
- The ability to pick things up quickly and work with initiative
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and prioritisation skills
- A calm, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving
- Confidence working across different stakeholders and teams
