About the Role As a Warehouse Pick Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. Working within a supportive team environment, you will help maintain high operational standards while contributing to overall warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking orders accurately using pick slips, RF scanners, or warehouse systems.
- Packing customer orders to company quality standards.
- Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Replenishing warehouse stock and maintaining inventory levels.
- Conducting quality checks on products and packaging.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Assisting with stock takes and inventory control activities.
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Previous warehousing, pick packing, or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work on your feet and perform manual handling tasks.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience using RF scanning equipment.
- Forklift licence and operating experience.
- Experience in a distribution centre or high-volume warehouse environment.
