Office & Financial Administrator
My client is looking for a mature minded person to join a small team as a part-time admin/finance person. A large part of the job is manually reconciling accounts so, someone who has this skill but has also worked with Xero, Word, Excel and Outlook.
The ideal person also has the following skills:
- Accounts receivable/payable and reconciliation of bank statements and accounts
- Managing Customer Enquiries
- Maintain office, store and staff supplies
- Produce end of period reports
- Debt collection
- Processing weekly/monthly customer statements
- Formalising staff timesheets
- Processing direct debit/credits
- Various other admin tasks
- Xero processing
- Relationship management with clear communication skills
- Relationship management with customers and suppliers
- Able to take instructions from different managers
- Able to manage stress and keep calm in a demanding work environment
- Prioritise their day
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Maintaining a clean, safe environment
