We are currently seeking plant and machine operators to work onsite at a large industrial plant near Invercargill.
About the role:
- The shifts consist of rotating 12hr day and night shifts - 2 days, 2 nights, then 4 days off.
- The plant itself is a large busy environment with plenty of variety in the day-to-day work which will challenge and drive the right candidate.
- The position has a very competitive $28 per hour pay rate which is paid weekly.
- An excellent health & safety record, awareness & attitude
- A great team player and a positive contributor
- Full driver licence
- Manual labour experience in industrial or process plants
- Some experience operating machinery and vehicles
- A high level of physical fitness and must be able to work in a hot and dusty environment
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test & full medical examination, including a practical assessment
- Great references and a consistent work history
