Operations Coordinator
We’re looking for an administrator to support our client in Ashburton. This full‑time, permanent position offers variety, hands‑on tasks, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

About the role:
You’ll provide day‑to‑day administrative, operational, and financial support, helping ensure things run smoothly and efficiently. This position is a key support role to the manager and wider team.
  • Providing general administrative and operational support across the business
  • Supporting budgeting activities and basic financial tracking
  • Reviewing data for accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining reliable records
This role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, juggling priorities, and working with numbers.
  • Processing and reconciling payments and invoices
  • Reviewing data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
  • Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Supporting reporting and general administration using Excel and internal systems
  • Helping maintain smooth, efficient processes in a fast-paced environment
