About the Role
You’ll be the backbone of our office operations, providing day today administrative support while working closely with our warehouse team. No two days are the same from managing office systems to occasionally helping in the pick and pack area during peak periods.
Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 12pm (Monday is 6:30am start), finish times may vary)
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable/Payable and Reconciliation of Customer Accounts
- Managing Customer enquiries
- Maintain Office, Store & Staff supplies
- Produce End of Period Reports
- Debt Collection
- Processing Weekly/Monthly Customer Statements
- Formalising staff time periods
- Cash Handling and Banking
- Assist with various other Administration Tasks
- Maintaining a Clean and Safe Working Environment
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable and Reconciliation
- Managing Customer accounts and enquiries
- Relationship Management with Customers and Suppliers
- Handle taking instructions from different Managers
- Able to handle stress and keep calm in a demanding work environment
- Multi-tasking and learning to prioritise tasks
- Using initiative and have self-motivation always with the final result in mind
- Possess the necessity and commitment to maintain Confidentiality
- Detailed knowledge of MS Word & Excel and Outlook
- Great Organisational and Time Management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with a positive attitude
