We’re looking for a New Vehicle Salesperson to join the team representing Kia — an internationally recognised brand — in a supportive, high-performing environment where doing a great job is genuinely valued.

The Opportunity
This role would suit either an experienced vehicle salesperson ready to join a leading Southland dealership team, or someone new to the motor industry who has strong relationship skills, personal drive, and integrity and is keen to build a long term career in automotive sales.
You’ll be supported and mentored by a business that focuses on great service, quality vehicles, and strong internal support — with industry-leading advertising and lead generation to help you build momentum and maximise earnings.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Delivering a professional, welcoming customer experience from first contact to handover
• Building and maintaining strong customer networks (local community, repeat clients, referrals)
• Proactively managing enquiries, test drives, follow-up, and pipeline activity
• Working within franchise standards and dealership best practice
• Contributing to a team environment built on knowledge, respect, honesty, and doing right by people
