We are seeking skilled Membrane Roofers throughout Wellington region. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining membrane roofing systems on various commercial buildings. (TPO, Butynol, Torch-On)
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in Commercial work (3 years minimum)
- Install, repair, and maintain membrane roofing systems (TPO, Butynol and Torch-On)
- Conduct thorough inspections to assess roofing conditions and identify necessary repairs.
- Ensure roofing work is completed to high safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and contractors on-site.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in membrane roofing installation and repair.
- Strong knowledge of different types of membrane roofing materials and their applications.
- Proficiency in using roofing tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
- Clean class 1 driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
*ESSENTIAL- Clean MOJ and MUST pass a drug test
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certification in roofing
- Sitesafe, EWP and Working at Heights Certification
