This is a hands-on role where you’ll work on the tools, be part of the Engineering & Electrical team, and grow into a Supervisor position over time.

This position suits someone who is practical and enjoys on-site work and involvement.
You will be involved in:
- Mechanical installation on civil and construction projects
- Pipework installation, including water treatment systems
- Working with rib bar, drilling, fixings, and structural installs
- Fabrication and welding(MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Supporting and leading team members
- Working both on-site and in the workshop
- Mechanical Engineer with a hands-on background
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or heavy industry
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Comfortable being on the tools daily
- Experience in fabrication and welding is highly valuable
- Someone ready to step into leadership in the future
- Mechanical fitting or trade-based engineering background
- Experience in civil infrastructure or water projects
- Practical problem solver who gets stuck in
