We're seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team, servicing a range of commercial and industrial sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Performing routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems
  • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment faults
  • Conducting site inspections and documenting maintenance activities
  • Responding to emergency callouts when required
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
  • Assisting with facility upgrades and improvement projects
  • Coordinating with external contractors for specialist services
  • Maintaining accurate records and inventory
 
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Required:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in building or facility maintenance
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to confidently use tools, diagnostic equipment, and read technical documents
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset
Desirable:
  • Technical certification or trade qualification
  • Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Forklift licence or welding/fabrication skills
You’ll need to be comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and across various weather conditions. The role also involves lifting, climbing, and operating hand/power tools.
