Maintenance & Projects Advisor – Security & Risk
Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Projects Advisor to manage security systems and physical risk across multiple sites.
This is a short-term opportunity, ideal for someone with strong experience in security systems, maintenance planning, and contractor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide CCTV, access control, alarm and security systems advice and guidance
- Coordinate service providers and help ensure agreed service levels are met
- Assist with planning and delivering small capital works and renewal projects
- Offer guidance on physical security matters and contribute during incident response when needed
- Help monitor budgets and support asset planning processes
- A background in security or facilities maintenance, ideally with 5+ years’ experience
- Familiarity with electronic security systems and a strong awareness of risk mitigation
- Confidence in coordinating contractors, managing budgets, and delivering short-term projects
- A relevant qualification in security, building services, or a related field
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders
