We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator
to join the manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help run and monitor the machines safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality products and keeping everything running smoothly.
Main Duties:
- Run spinning machines in the most efficient and productive way.
- Fix breakdowns when possible, or report them to a Supervisor right away.
- Change batches on the spinning frames when needed.
- Report any faults with machines or products as soon as you notice them.
- Check yarn quality and make sure it meets our standards.
- Work with other departments to solve any process or quality issues.
- Help with machine maintenance and small repairs if you're able.
- Keep your work area clean and safe at all times.
- Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures.
- Support and work with other team members when needed.
- Someone who has Manufacturing experience
- Good attention to detail and a practical approach to fixing problems.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Willing to learn and help where needed.
