We are partnering with our client to recruit a motivated and detail-driven Livestock Assurance & Compliance Coordinator to support the delivery and ongoing improvement of industry-leading quality assurance programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a data-focused role where your insights will directly influence compliance, risk management, and programme performance.

About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in strengthening livestock assurance systems by ensuring data accuracy, delivering insightful reporting, and supporting proactive compliance management.
Working closely with the QA Livestock Manager, you’ll help shift processes from reactive to forward-thinking, enabling smarter decisions and continuous improvement across multiple programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and oversee livestock assurance data across internal systems
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent data capture and reporting
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and potential compliance risks
  • Analyse data to uncover trends, non-conformances, and emerging risks
  • Develop and support reporting frameworks that drive proactive decision-making
  • Assist with programme coordination, documentation, and system enhancements
  • Track compliance activities and support corrective actions
  • Contribute to improving systems, processes, and data governance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
About You
Naturally you are analytical, highly organised, and thrive on turning data into meaningful insights. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and proactive mindset make a genuine impact.

You will have:
  • Experience in livestock, agriculture, QA, or compliance (advantageous) OR a relevant graduate qualification with strong analytical capability
  • Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or quality assurance processes
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks and driving improvements
