About the role
You’ll play a key support role providing day-to-day administrative assistance across the business. You’ll help ensure processes run efficiently by managing data, supporting financial administration, and keeping operations well organised.
Working closely with the manager and wider team, you’ll gain valuable exposure to livestock operations and build strong administrative and coordination skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support across the livestock team
- Maintaining accurate records, including livestock and operational data
- Supporting financial administration, including processing invoices and payments
- Assisting with tracking costs and basic budgeting activities
- Reviewing data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing reports and updating internal systems (including Excel)
- Communicating with internal teams and external suppliers
- Helping ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently
