Christchurch | $28~$35/ph (depending on experience)
Our client is a well-established Christchurch joinery business producing custom cabinetry and interior fit-outs. They're after an experienced Joiner to join the team and help turn drawings into finished work they can be proud of.
The work
- Building and assembling custom cabinetry, joinery and fit-out components
- Working from technical drawings, plans and cutting schedules
- Measuring, cutting and preparing timber, laminates and sheet materials
- Running woodworking machinery, hand tools and power tools safely
- Installing hardware, finishing and quality checks through the build
- Assisting with onsite installation and fit-outs when needed
- A joinery qualification or solid hands-on experience in the trade
- Confidence reading plans, drawings and specifications
- Experience on woodworking machinery and general trade tools
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in your workmanship
- Reliable, on time, and consistent with your standards
- Full driver's licence and own transport preferred
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
