About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and personable Internal Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional support and drive sales success in a fast-paced environment.
This is a desk/phone-based role where you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound customer queries, orders, and support. You’ll also be making proactive outbound calls to follow up on quotes, promote special offers, and build strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing high volumes of inbound calls, email enquiries, and all interactions professionally
- Processing orders, quotes, returns, and claims with accuracy
- Making outbound calls to follow up on quotes and promote offers
- Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Maximising sales opportunities through cross selling and upselling
- Supporting Business Development Managers with feedback and insights
- Maintaining high levels of customer service and complaint resolution
