You’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently, including:
- Diagnosing faults and repairing electrical and control systems in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining site-wide electrical infrastructure (low & extra low voltage)
- Supporting plant start-ups, upgrades, and new project work
- Installing and upgrading equipment to meet NZ standards
- Maintaining lighting, automation, and instrumentation systems
- Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
- Coordinating contractors and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- NZ Registered Electrician (Level 4) essential
- Full EWRB licence (or close to completion)
- 5+ years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and control systems
- A practical, team-first attitude and willingness to get involved
- Must already be based in New Zealand
