The Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll be right at the heart of keeping production running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Fault finding and repair of electrical and control systems in a fast-paced processing environment
  • Maintaining site-wide electrical infrastructure (low and extra low voltage systems)
  • Supporting plant start-ups and new projects
  • Installation and upgrade of electrical equipment in line with NZ standards
  • Maintaining critical systems including lighting, automation, and instrumentation
  • Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime and keep operations moving
  • Coordinating contractors and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring
  • NZ Registered Electrician(Level 4)
  • Full EWRB licence or partially complete
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong fault-finding ability across electrical and control systems
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Someone who is already based in New Zealand is essential.
