We’re working with a well-established, growing HVAC business in Queenstown looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join the team.
You’ll be part of a small, solid crew on the ground, backed by a larger, well-resourced group —so you get the best of both worlds: autonomy day-to-day, with real support and job security behind you.

The role:
- Service, maintenance, and breakdown work on commercial HVAC systems
- Fault-finding and diagnostics across a range of equipment
- Working independently while staying connected to a tight-knit team
- Managing your own day and delivering top-quality work on site
- Solid commercial HVAC service experience (essential)
- Trade qualified
- Strong troubleshooting skills – able to think on your feet
- Comfortable working solo and taking ownership of jobs
- EST licence (preferred)
- Currently based in New Zealand is essential
- A good attitude and team-first mindset
