We’re partnering with a high-performing contractor delivering standout HVAC installations across large commercial and residential projects. This is a company where projects move quickly, decisions are made on the spot, and your voice is heard.
You’ll be working alongside in-house designers and experienced project managers, but out on site — you run the show.
What you will do:
- Own the delivery of large-scale HVAC installs
- Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 techs and apprentices
- Coordinate with PMs, keep work flowing, and troubleshoot on the fly
- Oversee installs of chillers, FCUs, VRF systems, boilers, copper & steel pipework, and seismic bracing
- Maintain quality, safety, and momentum from kick-off to commissioning
- Guaranteed hours + paid overtime

- HVAC trade certified
- 3+ years in a supervisory or foreman role
- Solid background in HVAC install/service on large residential & commercial projects
- Confidence to lead onsite operations and make it happen
- NZ citizen or resident is required
