About the Role
This is a hands‑on Process Worker position within the foundry, rotating between two key areas:
Wax Mould Room
- Follow a clear, step‑by‑step process
- Dip moulds into specific chemicals
- Easy tasks but require accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail
- Apply numbered stamp imprints to finished parts
- Must follow strict quality and safety procedures
- Methodical, reliable, and comfortable following detailed processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- No formal qualifications required
- Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or metal casting environment (aluminium, copper, stainless steel) is highly advantageous
