We are seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to join our client's busy team. This is a temporary role offering 30-35 hours per week and expected to conclude in March 2026.The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in credit control and general accounts administration. You’ll be accurate and a positive team player, comfortable to contact and professionally liaise with their broad client base to resolve invoicing and billing queries and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with credit control processes, including monitoring and collecting outstanding debts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing processes.
- Liaise with clients and internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Provide other support to the finance team as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven NZ experience in financial administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
