Finance Administrator
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our client's busy team on a temporary, part-time basis (20–30 hours per week across 5 days). The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in credit control and general accounts administration.
About the role:
You’ll be accurate and a positive team player, comfortable to contact and professionally liaise with their broad client base to resolve invoicing and billing queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with credit control processes, including monitoring and collecting outstanding debts
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
- Assist with filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing processes
- Liaise with clients and internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies
- Provide other support to the finance team as required
- Proven NZ experience in financial administration
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
