We're seeking a Maintenance & Faults Coordinator to join a leading infrastructure organisation supporting essential services across the Wellington region.
You'll be at the centre of maintenance operations, coordinating planned and reactive work, managing maintenance schedules, supporting fault response activities, and ensuring critical work is delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
Working closely with Engineers, Project Managers, Asset Engineers, Contractors and Service Providers, you'll play a key role in maintaining asset performance and supporting the delivery of a reliable network.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or scheduling
- Experience in utilities, infrastructure, facilities, transport, construction, or asset-intensive environments
- Strong CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo or similar)
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Strong reporting and administrative capabilities
- Someone based in New Zealand with full work rights
