We are seeking skilled and experienced Earthworks Machine Operators to join our team on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery and a proven track record in earthworks projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders for earthmoving activities.
- Execute tasks according to project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to machine operation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Earthworks Machine Operator.
- Proficiency in operating a variety of heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certification or license for machine operation.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with GPS and laser guidance systems.
- Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
