We are seeking an Executive Administrator to join their rurally focused and high performing team. This position is based on a 30+ hour week with some flexibility on how that could be structured, but with set in office expectations. Reporting to and working closely with a Senior Partner, you will be required to offer a range of administrative support and assistance across several functions.
This is a fantastic and dynamic opportunity for a detail oriented and accurate multi-tasker looking for hours and flexibility.

- Excellent MS Office, keyboard skills and database/software knowledge (Xero or financial software advantageous)
- Positive and collaborative team player
- Data entry & filing
- Email and diary management, itineraries and other arrangements
- Formatting, typing and preparing letters, correspondence, and templated communications
- Rostered reception and inbound phone duties
- Account maintenance in database and via external portals
- Customer assistance, enquiries and general support
- Other accounting related administrative tasks
